Drostanolone Propionate

Masteron is a modified form of Dihydrotestosterone, with a methyl group at the 2nd carbon (carbon alpha) atom. This modification is responsible for the anabolic strength increase. This methyl group makes it harder for the enzyme 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase to metabolize Masteron. This enzyme is abundantly present in muscle tissue, and is responsible for degrading any DHT into two inactive metabolites: 3-Alpha Androstanediol and 3-Beta Androstanediol.
Drostanolone is injected into the body as an ester (bonded to either Propionate or Enanthate). Enzymes cleave off the ester from the Masteron molecule – which takes varying amount of time depending on which ester was used. This process causes the gradual release rate and extended half-life of the steroid. Drostanolone Propionate has a half-life of 2.5 days, while Drostanolone Enanthate has a half-life of 10 days.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
On a functional basis, Masteron is well-known for being one of the only anabolic steroids with strong anti-estrogenic properties. Not only does this steroid carry no estrogenic activity, but it can actually act as an anti-estrogen in the body. This is why it has been effective in the treatment of breast cancer.
 
DROSTANOLONE PROPIONATE DOSING INFORMATION
Masteron can be pretty much incorporated into any cycle containing testosterone. The dosages that should be used with Masteron are:
• 350-500mg per week (propionate version, injected every other day)
• 400-600mg per week (enanthate version, injected twice per week)
An example of an excellent cutting cycle for an advanced user would be: (6-10 weeks)
• 150mg Testosterone propionate every other day
• 50mg Trenbolone acetate every day (or 100mg every other day)
• 150mg Masteron (propionate) every other day
• 50mg Winstrol every day, last 4 weeks of cycle only
Of course with such an intermediate/advanced cycle, the user could also incorporate other medicines such as Clenbuterol, Ephedrine, T3, growth hormone, IGF, etc.
A more novice cutting cycle may consist of: (6-8 weeks)
• 100mg Testosterone propionate every other day
• 100mg Masteron (propionate) every other day
 
DROSTANOLONE PROPIONATE SIDE EFFECTS
All anabolic androgenic steroids carry with them potential side-effects, as do all medications of a non-steroidal nature. Anything you put into your body has the potential to cause a negative reaction and this includes medicine, hormones and even food. For example, some people can’t take Aspirin or it makes them sick, some people can’t eat peanuts because it makes them sick and in some cases even kill them. The same can be said of anabolic steroids; however, as it pertains to anabolic steroids most of the potential side-effects are very easy to control but there is no way to predict if you will need to control them in the first place. Fortunately regarding Masteron-Propionate we have one of the milder steroids available and as it is mild so are the potential side-effects making this one of the more well-tolerated steroids on the market. Most of the side-effects caused by anabolic steroids are due to the aromatase effect and as we’ve discussed Masteron-Propionate does not aromatize, therefore making side-effects such as Gynecomastia and water retention no concern. Most of the side-effects associated with Masteron will be similar to many DHT based steroids but only to a degree and they are in this case very few. The two most common side-effects are going to be hair-loss and or acne.
